Very satisfied. Fits well on the foot, light, warm and waterproof. Works well down to minus 20. Could have had more tread depth on the sole, need to use studs.

Stylish boot. Have chair 36 but needed chair 39.

Fantastically warm and comfortable! However, the size guide, which refers to 2-3 sizes larger than what you have, is not correct. I have size 38 and chose size 40. The boot is too big and has become even bigger after use as the wool inside has been "pressed". I now need to have double woolen socks for them to fit. Then I had the misfortune of getting a copy where there is something wrong with the left "sole" under the boot, it "clicks" with every step. Almost as if there is an air pocket between the pink and the black (under the boot, that is). But with the right size and without an air pocket that clicks, the boot would have received FIVE stars!

One shoe was noticeably larger than the other, in addition to the fact that the "small" shoe had lumps of material at the bottom of the toes which make the shoe even more uncomfortable and tight. Tried contacting customer service he gets no response.
