The Järv Gaiter RB9X™ GTX is a well-cushioned all-weather trail running shoe, designed for runners who want to rack up the miles even when the weather is challenging. The upper is made of woven Jacquard polyester, which is both highly durable and lightweight, allowing your foot to feel agile and free with every step. An elastic collar extends the shaft like a gaiter to keep out snow and cold. Laminated TPU protection protects against splashes and dirt in tough terrain, and waterproof GORE-TEX® Invisible Fit keeps your feet dry. GORE-TEX® Invisible Fit also provides high comfort compared to traditional membrane constructions. Järv's last has a narrow heel for stability but enough room for the toes, providing comfort on longer trips. The midsole offers an optimal combination of cushioning and stability for control and comfort in challenging terrain. It is partly made from the bio-based material Susterra (corn), providing an energetic return with every step. With a 4 mm drop, Järv is versatile and handles a variety of surfaces. The aggressive lugs on the outsole are made from the RB9X rubber compound, Icebug's well-known standard for grip rubber. It is made from a blend of recycled and natural rubber – so you can get grip and take on any challenge that comes your way.
