Super beautiful! Built up under the arched foot with nice cushioning in the step and soft around the ankles when lacing. Also VERY stylish. I went a size larger than normal to wear them in rocky mountain terrain where the toes need extra room to not get bruised. The size works great with an extra sock in (has normal wide feet).
