The high collar protects you from chilly winds, and the relaxed fit combined with the three-quarter sleeve length means the garment works perfectly over your regular winter jacket or sweater. The jacket is easily compressed to be packed into a smaller backpack and dries quickly.

Love everything about the jacket, except that the buttons open ALL the time. As soon as I sit down/stand up/move/breathe, the buttons unbutton and I have to button them back about 10 times every day and it takes energy and patience. Also would have liked longer sleeves, as this only goes to just below the elbows. Other than that, it really is a great jacket, like walking around with a duvet.
