The light weight and rubberized sole provide a comfortable landing while also giving a responsive push on take off. Perfect shoes for my feet. Has a high instep and a wide foot. Have my 5th pair of this exact shoe now. The Hoka Torrent 2 is super good and the sole sits as though it were cast in the rock.
