Rido Shell Jacket 2.0 - a premium 3-layer shell jacket for women
With an impressive 20,000 mm waterproof rating and fully taped seams, the Rido Shell Jacket 2.0 W ensures you stay dry even in the most challenging conditions. The waterproof 2-way front zip offers extra protection and flexibility, while the adjustable and helmet-compatible hood provides a perfect fit over the helmet for optimal protection.
The jacket is equipped with a fleece-lined collar for extra comfort and warmth around the neck. Storage is no problem with waterproof chest and waist pockets, as well as a dedicated lift pass pocket for secure storage of your lift pass. Zipped underarm vents provide adjustable ventilation to keep you cool and comfortable, making the jacket a perfect choice for those who go mountaineering.
To prevent snow from getting under the jacket, the Rido Shell Jacket 2.0 W is fitted with a snow skirt. The adjustable Velcro cuffs and thumbholes at the cuffs provide extra protection and warmth for your hands.
The jacket has been treated with a PFC-free DWR treatment to provide an environmentally friendly water-repellent finish. For increased safety and traceability in mountain environments, it is equipped with a RECCO® reflector.
The Rido Shell Jacket 2.0 W is an updated model and is specifically designed to fit women's body types better than our previous one which had a unisex fit. All in order to guarantee a more customised and comfortable fit.

Stylish jacket. I like that it is a little longer in the back and that it has proper pockets in the front for space for, for example, a mobile phone. Keep in mind that it is thin so layering is a must. I would say that the model is quite spacious. I took size L and am a 38/40. I want room for several layers and a back protector. I haven't tried the jacket on the ski slope yet, that will be next year. I think you can also wear it as a rain jacket in the summer but then it will be a bit big, you don't have the same amount of clothes underneath then.

The jacket has damage or a stain on the front right sleeve near the Velcro fastener. That definitely shouldn't be the case at this price and I haven't received any response as to what will happen next. Unfortunately, I only noticed it when I wore it for the first time and emailed them straight away, but so far to no avail.
