High performance thanks to the functional material durAtec® Extreme which is completely windproof and waterproof while still having good breathability. The material is made of 100% recycled polyester. All seams on the garment are taped. Synthetic 80 gram padding, made of 100% recycled materials, offers comfortable comfort even on colder days. The trousers' flexible inner lining is dyed with e.dye®, a method where no water is needed as with traditional dying. These material choices mean that 8848 Altitude classifies the product as a "sustainable choice", i.e. a good environmental choice.
The trousers have an extra durable construction with reinforcements on the seat, knees and hems. Snow gaiter at the bottom for a secure fit with the ski boot. Two zipped waist pockets. All zips are of the highest quality from YKK®. Profiled with a stylish "8" in metal on the leg.
