Fits comfortably and absolutely fulfills its function in a cross-country skiing context. The extra insulation cover was a challenge to get on without the foam insulation on the outside of the tube sliding along. Does it really need to be that tight? For mtb I had never replaced my USWE fluid system (Airborne) with this product. Unfortunately the USWE system does not work well under number patches etc.
