The jacket is great! The sales process isn't good. When contacting them, they only communicate in English. During the ordering process, they communicate in German. Unfortunately, returns are also complicated, and return shipping costs are charged. The return review takes a long time, and in the end, they charge the amount for the ordered, but kept, item, even though payment was made immediately. Contacting them again is also very complicated. I'm curious to see how this turns out. Klarna is demanding the amount that EQPE allegedly didn't receive.
