Very nice that it warms around the toe, not just underneath. Saves the ski day when it's cold. However, a regular ski sock is more comfortable as the wire for the heating element around the toe sometimes presses against the toes and the texture of the sock is a little rougher.

Solid socks, but - no instructions for use, for example on how to charge the batteries or pair the device with a mobile phone (app) - quite poor efficiency. I probably wouldn't buy these again.

They were not Bluetooth compatible. I have sent them back. Apparently you can buy Bluetooth batteries separately. Why would I want to pay for batteries that I don't want? Why not sell the socks and batteries separately.

The product is basically of good quality, but after being offered the prospect that the batteries could be controlled via app, and this was not the case, it is very disappointing. So I have not received the product I felt I bought!

According to the staff at Skistar and according to the picture on the package, it would be possible to connect the battery to Bluetooth in order to control the sock heating from your phone. But that information was wrong. That function did not exist. At the same time, I missed an offer on the same product from a competitor of yours that had the Bluetooth function that Skistar's socks / battery did not have but you incorrectly said they did - and was sold out when we discovered that Skistar had deceived us in that the battery did not have the promised function that was crucial in our choice of product. That is, you can control the battery with your phone and do not have to take off your pants when it is -20 degrees outside or even at "normal" temperatures. So incredibly bad Skistar. The least you can do is replace us with a battery that can be controlled with Bluetooth.
